Home Support

We provide support to people experiencing mental health or addiction problems.  Our services are designed to support each person's wellbeing, journey to recovery, personal ambitions and goals.

Nursing Services
We provide nursing services in the community for chronic health needs.  Our nurses also provide nursing oversight for our Support Workers to deliver advanced personal care.

Medical Alarms
Our medical alarm service helps you remain at home safely and with confidence.

Education
WellCare Education provides training for our Support Workers and Support Workers in other home-support and aged-care facilities.
