Support Workers

Support Workers support our clients to live independently in their community. Support Workers work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including: personal support; cooking; cleaning; shopping; driving; and activities at home and in the community. Support Workers will have a natural affinity for people with disabilities and will have the ability to support people to live as independently as possible.

Team Leaders

In addition to their role as a Support Worker, Team Leaders have additional responsibilities for day-to-day decision making. They support clients and staff and provide backup for the Clinical Managers in their area.

Clinical Managers

Relevant qualifications or successful management experience supporting people with disabilities are essential to this highly complex and rewarding role. Clinical Managers are responsible for a group of residential houses and supported living services. They select, recruit and induct new staff who will provide the support and services to ensure the quality of life for our clients. In addition to managing residential houses and supported living services, Clinical Managers are expected to develop and maintain relationships with the clients, their families, referral agencies, funders and other support services.
